The hotel's location was perfect for our stay, with a big park nearby that provided a beautiful environment for leisurely walks. We also enjoyed the proximity to the casino, which added excitement to our trip. there were plenty of dining options in the area, making it convenient for meals.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with old socks found under the bed and a used bra in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, with no signs of any dirt or dust. We were also impressed by the hotel facilities, especially the availability of free parking, convenient for us to explore the city without worrying about our car. The location was perfect, as it was just a 5-minute walk to the tram station, making it easy for us to navigate around the city. being close to the South Melbourne market was a bonus for us, as we enjoyed exploring the local produce and unique items. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information about transportation options and nearby attractions.
